| Complementing our Fund Administration processing we offer related and stand alone Global Custody. Currently active in 45 markets and with access to over 50 more, we offer a technically sophisticated processing platform that allows for an extremely flexible approach to instruction management that aims not to dictate to the client about how and when they communicate with us. Through this system we are able to achieve an STP rate with our local service provider of in excess of 99%. As a consequence we can provide a finely focused service to ensure proactive settlement supervision with the result that we have a very low operational trade failure rate. When coupled to the full range of custodial services that we offer including managed tax reclamation, income collection, corporate action management, customised cash management service, tailored reconciliations, full multi-format reporting service as well as access to a dedicated multilingual client service team we are rightly proud of the quality of the facilities that we offer. |
