Daiwa Securities Global Asset Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Daiwa Securities Group Inc, Tokyo and acts as its principal alternative asset service provider. Daiwa Securities Group Inc operates primarily in the securities, capital markets, asset management and asset servicing businesses. The Group's shares are quoted on the stock exchanges in Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya.

Daiwa employs over 250 staff based in three principal offices in Dublin, Dundalk (Ireland) and London (UK), alongside a subsidiary in Grand Cayman.
